Work: Smarter, Faster & Better

“Out of the box thinking”, small phrase and holds real deep meaning in respect to life or job because if we are unable to create a sigma or halo of our own then it’s worthless. We need to live life by not following examples but creating few that can be followed by others. Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, Dhirubhai Ambani, are few of many who thought of creating things which were only imaginable by others and they  achieved this only by believing on themselves and by going out of the radius to build their own kingdom.
Resources: Now & Then:
Now-a-days things are easier to find as compared to older times. Gadgets have made our life simpler and data connectivity or internet has given us a new dimension to find solutions in order of a single problem. Computers, mobiles and tabs are few things which should be used to regularize our work and to avoid chaos during work and to speed up things. Acceptance towards  change with time should always be there because learning is a process that never stops and it helps us to get equipped with the choices or ways in order to fight or to save ourselves in any bad or worst conditions. Pathways should be visible or cleared in order to achieve success. In short and simple words of John F Kennedy " Leadership and learning are indispensible to each other.”

Utilize the Time:
Time management is a very familiar phrase and yet very misleading too because no one holds the power to manage time. Although by keeping our work right on clock and doing things according to the planned time table will help us to stay ahead of the others. We can’t manage time but we can manage our job by doing things efficiently, making strategic plans, using operational tools and making priority lists. Scheduling things allows us to define our own work structure with the short span of our work time in the office. Work pressure will always there when we start anything but our own pitch or rhythm will help us to define the overcome strategy and to stay calm and cool during work process. According to Charles Buxton “You will never find time for anything. If you want time you must make it.”

Be Focused:
It has been rightly said that “our own attitude towards our own life and work defines the path of our success and failure.” Attitude plays a vital role in every aspect and if we have adopted the positive attitude towards our work or life then only we would be able to define new ways to complete the assigned task. It is very easy to follow a daily routine but if we are able distinguish our self from the crowd then we would be able to create an effect on others mind. Recognition would be knocking the door of those who are able to draw a line between positive attitude and negative attitudes. Negativity always creates a deviation and it keeps us away from focusing on what needs to be done and how it has to be done. In short and simple words if we are not focused then it keeps us to make a distance from doing good job as it impairs our objectivity, weakens our creativity, excitement and enthusiasm. As Oprah Winfrey has rightly said that “ Passion is energy. Feel the power that comes from focusing on what comes from focusing on what excites you.”

Be Creative:
“I can” and “I can’t”, there is a very thin line in between the both of the words. Both of them define our own attitude towards our expectations from ourselves. If one can see new angles, envision new strategies and motivate the others to do the same can create a huge difference and creates a big impact. Every individual soul does his or her job daily but one should not be the part of the regular crowd and if we need to shine then we have to start finding new paths and discover new boundaries hidden inside of us to stay ahead and to keep running the engine of life by fueling it with endless effort and new ideas. As James Russell Lowell has said “Creativity is not the finding of a thing, but making something out of it after it is found.”

Be Confident:
Talking is much easier but the courage to deliver what you have said and the power to implement it requires confidence. Lack of confidence always diverts us from what we had thought to do and what we had done actually. Learning to delegate appropriate work to appropriate person is very important that would enable us to work smarter, faster and better. Many people work really hard but they are unable to use the staff and resources by delegating the task. According to Frank D Roosevelt “Confidence thrives on honesty, on honor, on the sacredness of obligations, on faithful protection and unselfish performance. Without them it cannot live.”

Work Faster, Smarter and Better:
In order to work smartly, faster and in a better way, we need to define the bottom line of what we want and how we are going to achieve it. If we know the correct path then it would easy to step ahead on it rather than running endlessly without direction and without any cause. In order to enjoy our work we need to enjoy our leisure time also because it recharges our mind and body with the fuel of happiness and enthusiasm. Fresh mind can easily find new paths that are yet undiscovered. In order to acquire the wheel of success we need to be a leader instead of being a follower.
